I am an enthusiastic and passionate designer who is already willing to learn and loves a challenge.
I am currently in my final year of undergraduate studies at the University of Portsmouth, studying Interior Architecture and Design, and I am on track to graduate with a 2:1.
In my placement year I had the amazing opportunity to be a Sandwich Student - Project Leader at UK Parliament. Here I was able to work on business cases to ensure the longevity of the Grade 1 Listed. UNESCO World Heritage Site, and work alongside a brilliant team of architects, designers, engineers, project managers and alike who helped me to write business cases, RIBA Plan of Works documentation, work with programs and so much more. This experience allowed me to open my eyes to the wider work that goes into a project, how it starts, moves on site and the health and safety requirements around this, and finally how a project is finished and closed out.
From my placement year, my love of Conservation Architecture has really cemented. I am hoping to complete a part-time Masters in Conservation Architecture after I graduate from my Undergraduate Studies, and work alongside in the Architecture Industry.
My portfolio is an expression of my time at University, on Placement, as well as it includes extracurricular projects I am/ have worked on.
